- Start by damping your skin thoroughly with warm water.
- Scoop out a generous amount of the Relaxing Body Scrub using clean hands or a spoon.
- Use gentle, circular motions to massage the scrub into your skin, allowing the exfoliating ingredients to slough away dead skin cells and impurities.
- As you massage the scrub onto your skin, take a moment to inhale the soothing aromas of chamomile essential oil, jasmine, lavender, sandalwood, vetiver, and clay sage.
- Once you’ve thoroughly exfoliated your skin, rinse off the scrub with warm water. Make sure to remove all traces of the scrub to reveal smooth, refreshed skin beneath.
- After rinsing, gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel. Avoid rubbing your skin too vigorously, as this can cause irritation, especially after exfoliation.
- For extra hydration, follow up with your favourite Relaxing body butter. This helps to lock in moisture and keep your skin feeling soft and nourished after exfoliation.
