Flore Olga delivers to any addresses in the UK (excluding Channel Islands). All orders are sent through ROYAL MAIL.
We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as we can. However, please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer at the moment as our staff are working shorter shifts and our couriers are operating with a reduced service.
ORDER ARRIVAL
UK Mainland delivery only
1st class 2-3 working days
2nd class 3-5 working days.
Orders must be placed before 12am Monday – Friday.
*Excluding Bank Holidays.

We have a 14 day no quibble returns policy.
However, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know via our email info@floreolga.com within 14 days to ensure we are able to help with your request.
If you’d like to return your product for any other reason, you can get in touch via our email info@floreolga.com. Please let us know your order number and the reason for returning your product.
